1Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, browsing or using the BP Exchange website, mobile application or any associated service, you confirm that you have read these Terms and Conditions in full and agree to be bound by them. These Terms apply to all visitors, registered users and any person who accesses any part of the BP Exchange platform, whether or not they have created an account.

These Terms should be read alongside the BP Exchange Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming policy, both of which form part of the overall agreement between you and BP Exchange. If there is any conflict between these documents and specific game or promotion rules displayed on the platform, the specific rules for that game or promotion will apply in relation to that activity.

BP Exchange reserves the right to update, modify or replace these Terms at any time. When changes are made, the updated Terms will be published on this page with a revised effective date. Continued use of the platform following any such update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

2Eligibility & Age Requirements

BP Exchange is an entertainment platform for adults. To register and use any service on BP Exchange, you must meet the following eligibility requirements without exception:

• You must be at least 18 years of age at the time of registration.
• You must be legally permitted to access and use online gaming services in your jurisdiction.
• You must not be acting on behalf of another person or registering a duplicate account.
• You must not currently be subject to a self-exclusion or cooling-off period on BP Exchange.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.

BP Exchange takes age verification seriously. We reserve the right to request proof of age and identity at any point. If any user is found to be under 18, their account will be suspended immediately, any funds deposited will be returned less any winnings already withdrawn, and the account will be permanently closed. Winnings accumulated by an underage user will be forfeited.

3Account Registration & Responsibilities

Each person may hold only one registered account on BP Exchange. Multiple accounts created by the same individual — whether using different names, email addresses, payment methods or device identities — are strictly prohibited and will result in account suspension and forfeiture of funds.

Accurate Information

You must provide accurate, complete and up-to-date personal information during registration. This includes your full legal name, date of birth, email address and any additional details requested during account verification. Providing false information is a serious breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account closure.

Account Security

Your account credentials — including your password and any two-factor authentication details — are your responsibility. You must not share your login details with any other person. BP Exchange will not be liable for any loss or damage resulting from unauthorised access to your account where you have shared your credentials or failed to take reasonable precautions to keep them secure. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, contact our support team immediately.

Verification

BP Exchange may require you to verify your identity at any stage, including but not limited to before processing a withdrawal, when unusual account activity is detected, or during routine compliance checks. Verification documents may include a valid CNIC, passport, or other government-issued ID. Failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account restriction.

4Deposits, Withdrawals & Payments

All transactions on BP Exchange are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). BP Exchange supports the following payment methods for both deposits and withdrawals: JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, Bank Transfer, debit and credit cards, and approved mobile wallets.

Deposits

Deposits made via JazzCash and Easypaisa typically reflect in your BP Exchange account balance within seconds of a confirmed transaction. Bank transfer and card deposits may take longer depending on your financial institution. BP Exchange does not charge fees for standard deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own charges.

You may only deposit funds from payment methods that are registered in your own name. Deposits made using payment accounts belonging to third parties are not permitted and will result in the funds being returned and your account being reviewed.

Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for deposits wherever possible. BP Exchange aims to process approved withdrawal requests promptly, though processing times may vary depending on the payment method and any ongoing verification requirements. BP Exchange reserves the right to request additional verification before processing any withdrawal.

PKR Only

BP Exchange operates exclusively in PKR. No foreign currency transactions are processed on this platform. Any attempt to deposit in a currency other than PKR will be declined.

5Betting & Gaming Rules

All bets and wagers placed on BP Exchange are subject to the specific rules applicable to the relevant game, sport or event. These rules are displayed within the platform for each product area. In addition to product-specific rules, the following general conditions apply:

• All bets are final once confirmed. You cannot cancel, edit or reverse a confirmed bet under any circumstances.
• BP Exchange reserves the right to void any bet where a technical error, data feed error or system fault has resulted in incorrect odds or market information being displayed.
• Maximum payout limits apply to certain games and betting markets. These are displayed within the relevant product area.
• In the event of a dispute regarding the outcome of a bet or game, BP Exchange's decision is final after internal review.
• Live in-play betting markets may be suspended at any time at the discretion of BP Exchange, particularly during technical issues or data feed interruptions.

Sports Betting

BP Exchange offers Sports Betting across Cricket, Football, Esports and other disciplines. Cricket coverage includes Pakistan Super League (PSL) matches, T20 internationals, Test series and other major international fixtures. Specific rules for each sport and event type are available within the Sports Betting section of the platform.

Live Casino

Live Casino games at BP Exchange are operated through live video streams with real dealers. All Live Casino games are subject to both these general Terms and the specific rules displayed within the game interface. Live Casino results are final once the round has concluded. Technical disconnections during a live game round do not entitle you to a refund of the stake placed for that round.

Slots & Other Games

Slots, crash games and other digital games operate using random number generator (RNG) technology to ensure fair and unpredictable outcomes. Return to player (RTP) percentages for individual slots titles are available within game information panels.

6Bonuses & Promotional Offers

BP Exchange may from time to time offer bonuses, free bets, deposit match promotions and other incentives. All bonus offers are subject to specific terms displayed at the time the offer is made. The following general conditions apply to all bonuses and promotions:

• Bonus offers are available to eligible registered users only. Eligibility criteria vary by promotion and are stated in the specific offer terms.
• One bonus per household, device or IP address applies unless otherwise stated.
• Wagering requirements must be met before bonus funds or winnings derived from bonus funds can be withdrawn.
• BP Exchange reserves the right to withdraw, cancel or modify any promotional offer at any time without prior notice.
• Bonus funds are separate from real money funds in your account. Real money funds are used first, followed by bonus funds, unless otherwise specified in the promotion terms.
• Any attempt to exploit, abuse or manipulate a bonus offer will result in the bonus being voided and the account being reviewed.

BP Exchange does not guarantee the ongoing availability of any specific bonus or promotion. Promotions displayed on the platform are subject to change at any time.

7Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on BP Exchange. Engaging in any prohibited activity will result in account suspension, forfeiture of funds and may be reported to relevant authorities:

• Registering more than one account for any reason.
• Using false identity documents or providing inaccurate personal information.
• Allowing any third party to access or use your BP Exchange account.
• Depositing funds obtained through illegal means or from sources that cannot be verified.
• Engaging in any form of match fixing, collusion or coordinated betting activity intended to manipulate outcomes.
• Using automated tools, bots, scripts or software to interact with the BP Exchange platform.
• Attempting to exploit technical errors, loopholes or system vulnerabilities for financial gain.
• Engaging in bonus abuse, including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim the same promotion.
• Any behaviour that disrupts or interferes with the experience of other users on the platform.

BP Exchange monitors account activity continuously for signs of prohibited behaviour. Accounts flagged for investigation may have withdrawals temporarily suspended while the review is in progress. If the review concludes that prohibited activity has taken place, the account will be permanently closed and any balance forfeited.

8Intellectual Property

All content on the BP Exchange platform — including but not limited to the website design, graphics, logos, game interfaces, text, software, sound effects, data compilations and any other material — is the property of BP Exchange or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the BP Exchange platform for personal entertainment purposes only. This licence does not include any right to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute or publicly display any content from the platform without prior written consent.
• Modify, adapt or create derivative works based on BP Exchange content.
• Use BP Exchange's trademarks, logos or brand elements in any manner not expressly authorised.
• Scrape, crawl or systematically extract data from the platform.

Any unauthorised use of BP Exchange intellectual property may result in legal action. All rights not expressly granted in these Terms are reserved by BP Exchange.

9Privacy & Data Handling

11Account Suspension & Closure

BP Exchange reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close any user account at any time and without prior notice where there are reasonable grounds to do so. Circumstances that may lead to account action include:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Suspected fraudulent activity or misuse of the platform.
• Failure to complete identity verification within a requested timeframe.
• Suspected underage use.
• Requests from regulatory or law enforcement authorities.
• Prolonged inactivity on the account.

Where an account is suspended pending investigation, any pending withdrawals may be placed on hold until the review is complete. Where the investigation confirms a breach of these Terms, BP Exchange reserves the right to withhold any balance in the account.

You may request closure of your own account at any time by contacting our support team. Upon account closure, any remaining verified balance (minus any applicable bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements) will be returned to your registered payment method.

12Limitation of Liability

BP Exchange provides its platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we work hard to maintain a reliable and high-quality service, we cannot guarantee that the platform will be free from errors, interruptions or technical issues at all times.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, BP Exchange shall not be liable for:
